Days Like These(1999)

Days Like These is a British sitcom that adapts the American hit That '70s Show for a UK audience. Set in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, the series follows a similar format to its source material, with characters bearing the same or slightly altered names. Directed by Bob Spiers, it aired Friday evenings on ITV in 1999. The show struggled to find an audience, and only ten of the thirteen produced episodes were broadcast before cancellation. Despite its brief run, Days Like These marked one of ITV's early attempts to import and localize American comedy formats for British viewers.
