Rescue 77(1999)

Rescue 77 is an American television series following the professional and personal lives of paramedics working in Los Angeles. Created by Gregory Widen, a former Southern California firefighter and paramedic who wrote the 1991 film Backdraft, the show aired Monday nights on the WB network in spring 1999. Widen aimed to deliver a grittier, more authentic portrayal of emergency medical work than earlier series like Emergency!, drawing on his real-world experience in the field.
