Wyatt's Watchdogs(1988)

Wyatt's Watchdogs is a comedy series following retired soldier Major Wyatt, who launches a Neighbourhood Watch group after his sister's home is burglarized. The initiative quickly spirals into chaos as an eccentric cast of volunteers clash over their competing personalities and methods.
