Otaku Elf is a comedy series following Koito Koganei, a teenage shrine maiden at Takamimi Shrine, as she tends to an unusual resident: a centuries-old elf with an obsession for video games and an aversion to the outside world. The elf's simple needs—energy drinks, snacks, and the latest games—become the center of daily life at the shrine. When new friends arrive and attempt to integrate the reclusive elf into their circle, chaos ensues as they struggle to keep pace with her gaming habits and peculiar demands. The series blends slice-of-life humor with fantasy elements, exploring the clash between modern otaku culture and ancient magical beings.
