Renovation Like Magic(2022)

Renovation Like Magic follows Koume Shingyouji, a thirty-year-old who leaves her corporate job at a major construction firm to work at Marufuku Builders, a family-run renovation company. Paired with Gennosuke, the Fukuyama family's eldest son, Koume discovers that transforming a space means understanding the people who live in it. Rather than simply measuring rooms, the team prioritizes their clients' dreams, values, and vision for home. By listening deeply to what matters most to each family, Koume and Gennosuke create renovations that genuinely improve lives. The series explores how empathy and human connection are the true foundations of meaningful design work.
