My Mom, My Ping Pong is a Hong Kong series following ten-year-old Yu Cheuk Wing, a talented table tennis player who struggles with defeat and growing distance from her mother, Kong Chi Yan. When Cheuk Wing quits the sport after a harsh reprimand from her coach Kwok Yat, her mother's encouragement falls flat. To bridge the gap between them, Kwok Yat sets an ambitious challenge: Cheuk Wing must teach her mother to play table tennis in a single day. Through this impossible task, Cheuk Wing discovers that the sport becomes a bridge to understanding. As she guides her mother through the basics, she learns to appreciate both Chi Yan's efforts and Kwok Yat's mentorship, realizing that their support is what truly matters.
