Harbor is a Russian crime drama centered on Lev Garin, a corrupt customs officer whose moral compass shifts depending on who holds the leverage. When a prominent businessman and his wife Ariadne—Lev's lover—vanish without trace, Lev faces an impossible choice: surrender to blackmailers and destroy his career, or refuse and risk Ariadne's life.
