Hollywood Squares(1998)

Hollywood Squares is a game show revival that premiered on September 14, 1998, with Tom Bergeron as host. The format places celebrities in a tic-tac-toe grid, answering trivia questions while contestants try to win by correctly predicting their responses. Whoopi Goldberg anchors the center square as a permanent panelist and executive producer, while Bruce Vilanch, Gilbert Gottfried, Martin Mull, and Caroline Rhea appear regularly. Brad Garrett, Bobcat Goldthwait, Jeffrey Tambor, George Wallace, and Kathy Griffin rotate as semi-regular guests. Shadoe Stevens returns as announcer, though he no longer occupies a square on the panel as he did under previous host John Davidson.
