Teachers is a Russian series about Arseny Platonov, a disgraced TV presenter whose career implodes after an ill-timed joke on his popular talk show. Forced to retreat from Moscow, he returns to his hometown and takes a job teaching literature at his old school. The ambitious new headmaster, eager to capitalize on Arseny's fame, persuades him to lead an elective course on "Secrets of Success" for high school students. What begins as a temporary escape becomes a collision between Arseny's tarnished celebrity and the messy realities of teenage life. The series balances comedy and drama as the former star navigates redemption, relevance, and unexpected connections in a place he thought he'd left behind.
