The Date of Marriage is a Japanese drama series following Kawai Yoshiko, a 28-year-old woman whose life hasn't matched the timeline she'd mapped out—marriage by 26, children by 29. Days before her 29th birthday, heartbroken and adrift, she encounters her colleague Yuuki-san on her commute home. In a moment of vulnerability, she confides in him about her romantic disappointment.
