Sword and Fairy 4 is a fantasy series following Yun Tianhe, a young man raised in isolation on a mountain peak, whose sheltered life changes when tomb raider Han Lingsha attempts to break into his parents' tomb. The encounter destroys the burial site and compels Tianhe to venture into the outside world with Lingsha to uncover the truth about his parents' past. Along their journey, they meet Liu Mengli, the adopted daughter of a local magistrate who harbors mysterious connections to Tianhe's father, and Murong Ziying, a principled swordmaster trained at the legendary Qionghua School on Mt. Kunlun. As the unlikely group travels together, they unravel secrets that bind their fates and challenge everything Tianhe believed about his origins.
