Red Mountains(2017)

Red Mountains is a Russian historical drama set in Vladivostok during the 1920s civil war. Two boys from opposite backgrounds—Ilya, raised by a Japanese officer, and Arkady, son of a White Guard colonel—pose as brothers to survive the chaos. Their fragile alliance fractures when both fall for Zhenya, daughter of a Red commander, and shatters entirely as the decades unfold. By the 1930s, the former friends find themselves on opposing sides: Arkady collaborates with the Nazis while Ilya fights them, even enduring a concentration camp.
