Dieselråttor och sjömansmöss is a Swedish children's film following siblings Ofelia and Philémon as they travel home for Christmas to visit their grandmother. When rats destroy their father's finances, he promises them money for every rat tail they bring back. Two cunning diesel rats, Lucky Closette and Don Calzone, have other ideas. Lucky, a brave and mischievous character, sets out to sabotage the children's rat-hunting scheme. The story blends adventure and humor as the siblings face off against the clever rodents in a race against time before the holidays arrive.
