Carinhoso(1973)

Carinhoso is a Brazilian drama series following Cecília, a woman caught between love and self-respect. After years of unrequited devotion to Eduardo, a wealthy but indifferent businessman, she makes a bold choice: she leaves him and relocates to New York to work as a flight attendant. The move transforms her perspective on life and independence. When Cecília eventually returns home determined to rekindle their romance, she discovers that Eduardo has moved on, and the connection they once shared has fundamentally shifted.
