Ruri Rocks follows Ruri Tanigawa, a high schooler obsessed with shiny objects who ventures into the mountains hunting for crystals. There she meets Nagi Arato, a mineralogy graduate student, and the two begin collecting minerals together. What starts as a treasure hunt transforms into something deeper as Ruri discovers a genuine passion for science and the natural world. The series blends slice-of-life storytelling with educational elements, capturing the wonder of geology through the eyes of an enthusiastic newcomer.
