Read or Die the TV is an anime series that follows a novelist battling writer's block after her friend vanishes, and three paper-wielding sisters who run a detective agency in Hong Kong. When their paths cross, an unlikely bond forms between them—one stronger than blood. Together, Anita, Maggie, Michelle, and Nenene are drawn into a globe-spanning mission to stop the sinister Mr. Carpenter from conquering the world.
