Armored Troopers J-Phoenix PF LIPS is an original video animation series bundled with games from the Kikou Heidan J-Phoenix franchise. The first volume shipped alongside the PS2 game Kikou Heidan J-Phoenix Cobalt Shoutai Hen and the Xbox title Kikou Heidan J-Phoenix+. The second volume accompanied the PS2 release Kikou Heidan J-Phoenix2 Joshou Hen, while the third and final volume came packaged with Kikou Heidan J-Phoenix2. These OVA episodes were designed as exclusive bonus content for players, bridging gameplay and animation across multiple gaming platforms during the early 2000s.
