Confession(2002)

Confession is a South Korean drama that follows Yoon Mi, a successful doctor whose world fractures when her husband reveals a six-month affair with a young actress and demands a divorce. Her childhood best friend Jung Hee, trapped in an unfulfilling life as a housewife, watches from the sidelines—envious of Yoon Mi's achievements yet bound to her by decades of friendship.
