Mocros(2026)

Mocros is a Dutch comedy-drama series following Soufiane, a Rotterdam native juggling two incompatible worlds. By day, he navigates the awkward film industry; by night, he's embedded in his tight-knit Moroccan-Dutch community, where family expectations and cultural traditions run deep. Soufiane carefully maintains the separation between these lives, spinning an elaborate web of lies to keep each side in the dark about the other. As his double life spirals beyond his control, his carefully constructed facade begins to crumble, forcing him to confront the consequences of his deception. The series explores identity, belonging, and the impossible task of straddling two cultures while trying to please everyone around him.
