Odlot(1983)

Odlot is a Polish drama series following Rafał Michalski, a shy vocational school graduate whose attempt to advance to technical school fails. He lands a job in a car factory's locksmith shop, where he becomes the target of relentless teasing from coworkers. At home, Rafał finds little support—his mother manages household duties, his sister studies for university exams, and his father works long hours. Isolated and struggling to find his place, Rafał meets Hanka, a kind coworker who shows him genuine interest. As their friendship deepens, Rafał begins to wonder if connection with her might offer the acceptance and belonging he's been searching for.
