The Adventures of Gallegher(1965)

The Adventures of Gallegher is a period drama series set in 1889 that follows an ambitious newspaper copyboy determined to break into reporting. When Gallegher stumbles upon a bank robbery, he partners with seasoned reporter Brownie to track down the four-fingered thief responsible. His investigative instincts soon pull him deeper into danger than he anticipated. As he uncovers a wanted criminal hiding in town, Gallegher must also clear the name of the police chief, who has been wrongly framed.
