Good Grief(1990)

Good Grief is a 1990 Fox sitcom that ran for one season of 13 episodes. Set at The Sincerity Mortuary in Dacron, Ohio, the show follows strait-laced funeral home owner Warren Pepper, his sister Debbie, and her flamboyant husband Ernie Lapidus, who's intent on bringing levity to the funeral business. Tom Poston and Sheldon Feldner round out the cast as mortuary assistants Ringo Prowley and Raoul. The comedy mines awkward situations that arise when Ernie's irreverent approach clashes with Warren's buttoned-up sensibilities, all while the team navigates the quirks of small-town Ohio funeral service.
