Too Late with Adam Carolla was a late-night talk show that premiered on Comedy Central in August 2005, hosted by Carolla and produced by Jackhole Industries—a collaboration between Carolla, Jimmy Kimmel, and Daniel Kellison. The show blended celebrity interviews, sketches, and phone calls from viewers with Carolla's everyday observations. Despite its promising lineup, Too Late with Adam Carolla struggled to gain traction, averaging under 700,000 viewers. The network moved the show from 11:30 p.m. to midnight in September and eliminated the live audience. Its most-watched episode featured an intoxicated Steve-O from Jackass tackling Carolla on air. The series was cancelled after just three months, with its final episode airing in November 2005.
