A Forever Love(1997)

A Forever Love is a romantic drama that follows Natsume Toru, a sixth-year medical student, whose life changes when he encounters Shinozaki Aki twice in rapid succession. After coldly rejecting her advances one summer night, Toru discovers she is the sister of his first patient, Shinozaki Jun, who desperately needs an expensive operation. Desperate to fund her brother's surgery, Aki has turned to sex work.
