DT Eightron(1998)

DT Eightron is an anime series following Shu, a young escapee from Datania, a nation built on child labor. After fleeing with his friends, Shu encounters the Returners, a rebel faction fighting against the oppressive regime. He joins their cause to battle Zero, Nines, and their forces, who hunt for DT—a mysterious substance hidden within human bodies. The conflict between the rebels and their pursuers intensifies as Shu discovers his role in a larger struggle for freedom. The series blends action and dystopian themes as the Returners work to dismantle Datania's corrupt system and protect those targeted for DT extraction.
