Saint George follows George Lopez, a successful entrepreneur navigating the competing demands of two worlds. Recently divorced, he balances parenting his 11-year-old son Harper while managing pressure from his Anglo ex-wife Mackenzie and his traditional Latina mother Alma. His freeloading Uncle Tio and Cousin Junior add chaos to the mix. Beyond his business success, George teaches history at a Los Angeles night school serving a multicultural student body, where he clashes with the formidable Assistant Principal Concepcion. The series explores how George attempts to honor both his heritage and his American ambitions while keeping his fractured family together.
