Makin' It(1979)

Makin' It is an American sitcom from 1979 starring David Naughton as a disco dancer navigating life in the late 1970s. The series premiered on ABC in February 1979 but was quickly canceled after just nine episodes, despite its Friday night slot. Though it aired briefly in the United States, the show found an audience across the Atlantic on ITV in the UK that spring. The sitcom has since become something of a cultural curiosity, earning a spot on TV Guide's list of the 50 worst television shows of all time in 2002.
