Wanida(1991)

Wanida is a Thai drama series following Major Prajak Mahasak, who marries Wanida Wongwiboon in a forced union designed to settle his family's debts and restore their honor. Prajak already has a girlfriend, Pisamai, while Wanida reluctantly obeys her father's command. Thrust into the Mahasak household, Wanida endures cruelty from Prajak's mother and his scorned lover. As tensions simmer, an unexpected emotional connection develops between the newlyweds, transforming their marriage from a transaction into something genuine.
