Charlot og Charlotte(1996)

Charlot og Charlotte is a Danish road movie following two young women from opposite worlds. Charlot, a sharp city girl, and Charlotte, a naive provincial, meet by chance and drive together from Copenhagen to the northern tip of Skagen. Their journey becomes a collision of personalities as they encounter an eccentric cast: a senile old man, a psychopathic killer named Poul-Teddy, a traveling theater troupe, and residents of a nursing home ruled by an iron-willed matron. As miles accumulate, Charlot teaches Charlotte spontaneity while Charlotte shows Charlot the value of life's quieter moments. The film balances comedy with darker encounters, exploring how two strangers can reshape each other's outlook on the world through shared adventure.
