Papuwa is back. Four years after leaving the first Papuwa Island, Kotaro—brother of a crime gang leader—washes ashore on a mysterious second island after being called by the "Blue Jewel." Found by Papuwa, Chappy, and Liquid, Kotaro has lost his memory. Liquid deliberately keeps him amnesiac, fearing he'll remember destroying the original island. As Kotaro settles into island life, he befriends the eccentric locals and bonds with his rescuers through comedic misadventures. But danger looms: members of the Gamma gang are closing in, determined to reclaim him. Caught between his forgotten past and his new friendships, Kotaro must navigate hilarious chaos and mounting threats on this strange new home.
