Bad Guys(2014)

Bad Guys is a South Korean crime series that follows Detective Oh Goo Tak, a suspended cop tasked with assembling an unconventional team to tackle a surge in violent crimes. Goo Tak recruits three dangerous criminals: Park Woong Chul, a ruthless gangster; Lee Jung Moon, a brilliant young serial killer; and Jung Tae Soo, a contract assassin. Police Inspector Yoo Mi Young joins the unit as the voice of reason, struggling to keep the volatile group focused and functional. The series balances dark action with character-driven drama as these misfits navigate moral ambiguity while hunting killers. Gritty and intense, Bad Guys explores what happens when the system bends its own rules in pursuit of justice, forcing criminals and cops to work toward a common goal despite their conflicting natures and pasts.
