Morran and Tobias is a Swedish series following a mother and son living on the margins of society. For 34 years, their small croft has been their only home and refuge, until the municipality of Trosa expropriates the property, leaving it abandoned. When the story picks up, Morran and Tobias have sold a parcel of land back to the municipality, securing a month to relocate. As they pack their belongings and prepare to leave, the series captures the raw emotions and memories stirred by their departure. Yet beneath the upheaval lies a profound warmth and resilience between these two unconventional survivors. Starring Johan Rheborg and Robert Gustafsson, the series explores how love and determination sustain those pushed to society's edges.
