Fox in the Screen(2016)

Fox in the Screen is a fantasy series following Zheng Xue Jing, a painter who stumbles upon a magical pen and inadvertently frees three foxes trapped within a painted screen. From that moment forward, she becomes bound to them as their "master," drawing her into a world of magic and supernatural intrigue. As Zheng navigates her unexpected role, she must contend with the foxes' schemes, secrets, and the consequences of her fateful discovery. The series blends whimsy with darker undertones as the painter finds herself entangled in circumstances far beyond her control, where the line between the painted world and reality grows increasingly blurred.
