Scum's Wish(2017)

Scum's Wish is a romance anime series following two high school seniors, Mugi and Hanabi, who appear to be the perfect couple to everyone around them. In reality, they're dating to mask their own unrequited loves—Mugi pines for his former tutor, while Hanabi is drawn to a family friend who's also a teacher. Using each other as emotional anchors, they share physical intimacy born from loneliness rather than genuine affection.
