Lom Sorn Ruk(2015)

Lom Sorn Ruk is a Thai drama following twins Pranon and Pran, both working in medicine but on opposite paths. Pranon is a rural doctor while Pran runs a medical technology business. Their parents pressure them to marry and start families, but their romantic lives grow complicated. Pran is with Anh, while Pranon meets Patarin, a heartbroken woman fleeing her hometown after her boyfriend abandoned her to escape debt. Desperate to help her and satisfy his parents' expectations, Pranon proposes a marriage of convenience: he'll pay off her debts in exchange for becoming his wife. As the twins navigate their careers and relationships, their contrasting worlds collide, forcing both brothers to confront what love and family truly mean.
