Urban Vermin(2007)

Urban Vermin is an animated series following two estranged raccoon brothers locked in a battle for control of their city block. Once inseparable, Abe and Ken's friendship shatters when Ken recruits an army of rats to monopolize the neighborhood's garbage supply. Determined to stop his brother's tyranny, Abe forms the Garbage Liberation Front, a ragtag resistance team dedicated to freeing the block from Ken's iron-fisted rule. As the conflict escalates between Abe's GLF and Ken's Rat Army, the brothers discover that their rivalry threatens everything they once held dear.
