Scallywagga(2008)

Scallywagga is a British comedy sketch show written by Stuart Kenworthy, a veteran of Green Wing and Smack the Pony. The pilot aired in March 2007 under the title Spacehopper before the show was retooled and renamed. The first series launched on television in 2008, with a DVD release following in early 2010. A second series began airing in February 2010, filmed around Manchester with a new directorial team, fresh producers, and cast changes that gave the show renewed energy. Kenworthy's sharp writing style carries through both seasons, delivering rapid-fire sketches and absurdist humour that appeals to fans of British comedy.
