CelebAir(2008)

CelebAir is a British reality series that follows eleven celebrities as they train and work as cabin crew and check-in staff for Monarch Airlines. Presented by Angellica Bell, the show aired on ITV2 from September to October 2008, culminating in Lisa Maffia's victory. Before taking to the skies, contestants completed a rigorous six-week training programme and had to meet strict airline standards. The series is based at London Gatwick Airport, with the celebrities working from the rear galley of a specially branded Airbus A321 on scheduled flights to European destinations including Tenerife, Faro, Málaga, Ibiza, Mahón, Larnaca and Alicante. The finale features a private jet departure and landing at London Stansted. CelebAir blends competition with the pressures of real airline operations, testing whether celebrities can handle the demands of hospitality work under mentorship.
