Unknown Soldier(1985)

Unknown Soldier is a Russian drama following Sergei Krasheninnikov, a young man adrift after failing to secure college admission. Seeking direction, he travels to his grandfather's small town and joins a road construction crew. When workers unearth a soldier's grave at the site, Sergei is assigned the unexpected responsibility of identifying the remains.
