Catterick(2004)

Catterick is a surreal 2004 BBC sitcom in which Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer star as two men navigating absurdity and darkness in their hometown region. Written by and featuring Reeves and Mortimer alongside Reece Shearsmith, Matt Lucas, and Charlie Higson, the six-episode series balances the duo's trademark odd humour with genuinely unsettling moments. It plays like a darkly comic road movie, full of bizarre, often inscrutable jokes that feel both silly and sinister.
