The Legend of Jasmine(2018)

The Legend of Jasmine is a historical drama set during the transition from the Jin to Qing Dynasty. Sumoer, a compassionate Khorchin Mongol woman, meets the powerful Dorgon at a horse competition and forms a deep connection with him. When invading forces destroy her homeland and claim her parents' lives, Sumoer is sent to the Jin court as a handmaiden to Princess Bumubuqin. There she reunites with Dorgon, now a man of considerable influence, and must navigate the impossible distance between them. Though initially reluctant to acknowledge feelings for someone beyond her reach, Sumoer becomes Dorgon's trusted confidante during turbulent times. Their bond gradually transforms into an passionate romance as they find solace in each other amid political upheaval and personal loss.
