MosGaz. Delo N3: Pauk is the third film in the Cherkasov task force series, set in 1967 Moscow. When a fashion model is murdered at the House of Fashion, Major Cherkasov's team moves swiftly to investigate, embedding undercover agent Sonya Timofeeva into the fashion world to uncover secrets among staff. A second model's death soon follows, but the investigation takes a darker turn as a audacious heist unfolds simultaneously—the robbery of Goznak, the Soviet state mint. Inspired by the real 1977 theft at the Armenian SSR State Bank, where the Kalachyan brothers stole 1.5 million rubles in what became the USSR's largest robbery, the film weaves together murder and crime in Cold War-era Soviet intrigue.
