Tenda dos Milagres is a Brazilian miniseries following Pedro Arcanjo's mission to preserve African culture and weave it into the fabric of Brazilian society. Guided by his spiritual mother Magé Bassã, Arcanjo navigates the vibrant streets of Bahia while confronting deep racial prejudice and religious intolerance from those in power. His journey intertwines with the lives of those around him: a fraught friendship with Mestre Lídio fractures when Rosa de Oxalá, Lídio's wife, falls in love with Arcanjo, creating a forbidden romance complicated by spiritual incompatibility.
