9/12 is a French thriller series set in Paris during 2001. The State recruits an elite operative codenamed LYNX to prevent a terrorist attack involving deadly neurotoxic gas. As LYNX eliminates targets, undercover agent Karim's infiltration of an Islamist cell unravels, leaving him exposed and vulnerable. Journalist Amel pursues the story too aggressively, drawing dangerous attention. Caught between competing forces, all three become liabilities to the State, which will stop at nothing to silence anyone who knows the truth. The series explores the murky intersection of counterterrorism, undercover work, and state secrecy in the aftermath of 9/11.
