15 Storeys High(2002)

15 Storeys High is a British sitcom set in a tower block, built on the fractious friendship between two neighbours. Vince Clark, played by Sean Lock, is a misanthropic cynic who rarely leaves his flat. Errol Spears, played by Benedict Wong, is his cheerful opposite—endlessly optimistic and perpetually the target of Vince's scorn.
