Gekidan Sphere(2019)

Gekidan Sphere is an omnibus series born from a collaboration between five playwrights and the voice acting group Sphere. Each of the five episodes spans two parts directed by different filmmakers, exploring distinct genres across drama, comedy, and darker territory. New installments premiere every two weeks on Tokyo MX, beginning with "Shelter" directed by Kōji Tokuo, followed by Ayuka Kishimoto's "Bloodstained Brassiere," Mitsutoshi Saijō's "Love Hotel 602," Kana Yamada's "Longing ~A Festival of Turning 30~," and Takashi Masuyama's "Comic of the Dead." The series unfolds from October through December, offering varied storytelling that shifts tone and perspective with each episode and its paired director.
