Sticks and Stones(2019)

Sticks and Stones is a dark comedy series following Thomas Benson, a middle manager whose pitch meeting goes catastrophically wrong. Desperate to salvage the client relationship, Benson grows convinced his own team is sabotaging him at every turn. As paranoia takes hold, the line between genuine workplace hostility and his own unraveling mind blurs. The series explores whether Benson is truly being undermined or if he's spiraling into delusion. Director Bartlett mines the same claustrophobic tension and psychological dread that defined his earlier work on family betrayal, here transposed into the fluorescent-lit world of corporate life. What emerges is a taut examination of how quickly trust erodes in professional environments and how easily suspicion can consume someone from within.
