Ratman to the Rescue(2019)

Ratman to the Rescue is a Hong Kong comedy series following gossip journalist Tong Leung-sing, who gains mysterious rat powers after a transplant surgery following a traffic accident that costs him his left ear. When Leung-sing's fake news scheme and Hoi-yan, a righteous policewoman, collide, both lose their jobs. Hoi-yan becomes a private investigator while Leung-sing is blackmailed into helping her after she catches him using his powers for voyeurism. As the pair tackle cases together, Leung-sing grows increasingly arrogant, relying on his abilities to solve investigations. Meanwhile, a subplot involving gold digger Mei-fun and wealthy heir Tsun-wai unfolds alongside shocking revelations about Hoi-yan's uncle.
