The Red Spy(2020)

The Red Spy is a Soviet-era espionage series following Elena Golubovskaya, a skilled intelligence operative tasked with a dangerous mission in Crimea. After a failed assassination attempt on Baron Wrangel, Soviet command launches the "Crimean Mission"—a complex operation designed to eliminate the White Army leader and secure stolen gold. Golubovskaya infiltrates Crimea under the alias El Ferrari, posing as an Italian poet to get close to her target. Her carefully laid plans unravel when she encounters Maximilian Ermler, a local journalist who is revealed to be a British intelligence agent working against her. As competing powers clash over control of the region, Golubovskaya must navigate treacherous political waters, rival intelligence services, and her growing attraction to an enemy operative.
