Who's The Winner is a Hong Kong series following Shek Chi Hong, an honest man who seeks work as a chef at Man Long's casino but becomes a dealer instead. After witnessing his teacher's death, Chi Hong resolves to avoid gambling entirely. Yet his job demands he master gambling skills, forcing him into the very world he wanted to escape. As he navigates the casino's treacherous environment, Chi Hong endures mounting personal losses—friendships fracture, comrades fall away, and romance slips through his fingers.
